All the time we read about meditation being a "no-thought" state of mind; and in our hurry to achieve this state, we fight with these thoughts as they flit through our mind with gay abandon - outside our control. Our own thoughts. And we cannot control them! Our own mind. And we don't have any hold on it!

The trick with thoughts is not to fight with them. This post looks at the how.
