It Is Possible To Train A Mind To Be Happy

Walk on a piece of land covered with lush grass, and reach from point A to point B. Your feet just about trample the grass, and the injured shoots shake themselves and manage to hold themselves upright. Keep walking everyday on the same track. What happens? A time comes when the green sheath gives way to expose the brown earth underneath.
